All search terms also included the term "AND Lesotho" For searching in PubMed and where appropriate, the search terms were transformed into medical subject headings (MeSH). For example, the search term, “New preventive methods AND vaccines” used in PubMed was “New preventive methods” AND “vaccines”[MeSH]”
