  1. The column “Rank” gives the Spearman correlation coefficient between countries’ ranks according to the baseline model, and the number of places gained or lost in the environmental model. For instance, the ranking of the United States health system is 11th and the variation in ranking in the environmental model is −3, as they are at the 14th position according to that model.
  2. The column “Efficiency score” gives the same correlation coefficient between efficiency scores in the baseline model and the variation in the distance to the frontier in the environmental model
