There are a couple of small errors regarding referencing on the bottom of page 3. This should read:
"Many of the checklist constructs originated from other checklists, such as those developed in the research by Wells [4], Taylor [6] and Schroter [12], reporting tools [8,9], and other literature on complex interventions [15,16] and context [17,18], including important features such as leadership [19,20] and culture [21]."
Correction to the bottom of page 3.
