Refers to a specific funding portfolio/project/grant/programme for a discrete research activity and mentions the funding body

OR mentioned a funding programme that looked at the impact of research funding on individuals, networks and collaborations, institutes or departments, or otherwise did not focus on the impacts of project- or grant-based funded research
