Recent case studies show the difference in how HAS and IQWiG handle HRQoL evidence in dossiers submitted to them. Case studies, selected by our ex-HTA directors, show, for HAS [24,25,26,27,28,29,30,31], NICE [32,33,34,35] and IQWiG [36,37,38,39,40,41,42,43], whether the HRQoL data submitted was considered or not, and the rationale for the discrepancies. Note: NICE did not review all the products that HAS and IQWiG reviewed, this is indicated by “n/a”
